Can I return an item?
Because items are produced once an order is placed, returns are not usually accepted. In some cases, we may make an exception at our discretion. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll resolve it.
Can I cancel my order?
Production starts quickly after purchase, so cancellations are not usually accepted. In some cases, we may make an exception at our discretion if you contact us very soon after ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does production take?
Items are created once an order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before despatch.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on location:
- United Kingdom: 2–3 business days after production
- United States: 2–8 business days after production
- Europe: 2–5 business days after production
- Rest of the World: 10–30 business days after production
(Delays may occur during busy seasons or due to customs.)
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product type and destination.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been despatched.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For orders outside the UK/EU, you may be responsible for local customs or import taxes. These fees are set by your local customs office and are not controlled by us.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can’t refund or replace items shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
